Using body weight and resistance bands, Livia guides you through a series of pre-recorded stretches & gentle exercises. By following the Resista Renew Plan, over time you will benefit from an increased range of movement and flexibility, increased bone density, strength and a boost in endorphins to help make you feel more positive. By slowly building strength you may be able to move on to other plans such as Resista Mojo 5, 7 or 12. When used in combination with The Nutratonin Diet, weight management and feeling healthier can also be achieved.
